Google Analytics 4 & Conversion Tracking
DocMorphix uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors discover and interact with our website, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and continually improve the service.
Information Collected by Google Analytics
When you visit or navigate our website, Google Analytics may collect information including:
• Pages visited and content viewed
• Website interactions (such as link clicks, button selections, and scrolling)
• Browser and device information (such as browser type, operating system, and device category)
• Approximate geographic location (derived from IP address at city or regional level)
• Analytics cookies and client-side device identifiers
• Website traffic sources and referral URLs
This information helps us understand user behavior, diagnose technical issues, and measure the performance of our website.
Signup Conversion Tracking (Active)
DocMorphix measures successful account registrations through Google Analytics to understand how visitors become users. This tracking records that a registration event occurred and the generic sign-in method used (such as email or third-party authentication provider).
• Signup analytics do not intentionally include users' names, email addresses, passwords, or the contents of uploaded documents.
Subscription Purchase Tracking (Planned — Not Yet Implemented)
DocMorphix plans to measure successful subscription payments and subscription renewals through Google Analytics.
• Status: This capability is currently in planning and has NOT yet been implemented. DocMorphix does not currently track purchases or renewals via Google Analytics.
• When implemented, purchase analytics may include: a transaction identifier, transaction amount, currency, purchase or renewal event type, and an analytics identifier used to associate conversions with website visits, where permitted.
• Payment card details (such as full card numbers or CVVs) and uploaded document contents are not intended to be sent to Google Analytics.
Third-Party Services
DocMorphix relies on trusted third-party providers to operate and maintain the service:
• Google (Google Analytics 4 for web analytics and Google Cloud for hosting and processing). Google processes analytics information in connection with its analytics services. For more details on how Google handles data, please visit Google's Privacy Policy.
• Clerk for authentication, session management, and account security.
• Whop for subscription payments, billing, and checkout processing (we do not store payment card details).
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Data Storage & Security
• Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure
• Documents are temporarily stored during processing and removed afterward
• Industry-standard security practices are used to protect your data
• Cloud Processing Compliance: Users must avoid uploading confidential, proprietary, or regulated documents to DocMorphix if their organization's internal policies, data handling guidelines, or local regulatory requirements prohibit cloud-based document processing.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary:
• Uploaded documents are deleted immediately after processing
• Account data is deleted immediately upon account deletion
• Credit usage logs are retained for billing and support purposes
• Payment records may be retained as required by law
Your Rights
You have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data
