DocMorphix Terms & Conditions

By using DocMorphix, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

DocMorphix provides AI-based document layout extraction.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or copyrighted content you do not own

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the service

• Share accounts or bypass usage limits

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

Accounts may be suspended if these terms are violated.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance via Whop

• Credits are allocated per plan and reset each billing cycle

• Unused credits do not roll over

Auto-Renewal Notice:

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee. You may cancel at any time via the manage subscription page. If you have trouble, contact docmorphix@gmail.com. We recommend cancelling at least 7 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

DocMorphix is a digital service.

Refunds may be considered only for:

• Billing errors

• Major technical issues

• Requests within 7 days of first subscription

Used credits are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of uploaded documents. By using the service, you allow DocMorphix to process files solely to provide the service. The platform and software remain our property.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use of the service. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the service within the previous 12 months.

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding the service, please contact us first at docmorphix@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
